The study of Tasaqub (phonetic contiguity) in Arabic, a phenomenon first highlighted by Ibn Jinni in his work Al-Khasa’is, focuses on the clustering of sounds in classical Arabic. This research explores the phenomenon of Tasaqub al-Alfaz li-Tasaqub al-Ma'ani (the contiguity of words due to the contiguity of meanings) in the Prophetic supplications found in Musnad Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. By applying a phonetic-semantic analytical approach, the study examines the connection between the phonetic structure of words and their semantic content, aiming to understand how phonological patterns relate to meaning in these texts.
